Request Account Deletion

Option 1: Email Request

1. Compose an email from your registered email address to info@thirty2give.com.

2. In the subject line, write “Request for Account Deletion”.

3. In the email body, include the following information:

• Your username or registered email address.
• Any additional details that may help us identify your account.

4. Send the email.

Our support team will process your request and confirm the account deletion via email.

Option 2: Using the App

1. Open the app on your device and navigate to the account settings section.

2. From account settings, navigate to the “Edit Profile” section.

3. Look for the option to delete your account in the “Edit Profile” section.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your decision to delete your account.

5. Wait for a confirmation message that your account has been successfully deleted.
